Your missions

 Be part of the team that keeps our campground running smoothly and looking its best.  Ensure the camp is clean, safe, and fully functional so every guest feels at home. 

- Assist with maintenance projects as needed, including but not limited to building shelves, painting, maintaining dirt roads and paths, changing canvas tents, moving equipment, etc. 
- Participate in the winterizing and de-winterizing of the campsite, including but not limited to tents set up, decks and stairs repairs, removal of winter protections, setting up of reinforcement in the lodgings, etc.
- Communicate with the reception and answer guests’ issues and requests
- Maintain accommodation and common areas, repairs, basic plumbing issues, check of the safety equipment, maintenance of the equipment
- Monitor the campground and drive campground vehicles, including an UTV with a trailer if needed.
- Keep the campground trash-free.
- Landscaping: collect branches, leaves, mowing, weed whacking, watering plants
- Swimming pool: daily maintenance and cleaning
- Ensure kayaks, canoes, and Stand-Up Paddle board are cleaned, organized, and well maintained.
- Ensure deliveries to the lodgings: campfire kits, propane tanks, linens, towels, and supplies
- Help housekeeping team with missions like stripping beds, picking up trash, cleaning BBQ, emptying fire pit, and general cleaning of the unit if needed.
- Report any issues to your supervisor.
- Provide assistance for any emergencies.
- Perform any other related tasks to support the team and maintain smooth operations.

Your profile

⚙️ Versatile and adaptable, able to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
💡 Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
😊 Customer-oriented, with a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests.
🗣️ Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a bonus!
🌟 Love for the great outdoor, you will be working mostly outside 

Your future at Huttopia

Huttopia values the growth of its employees! After one season, you may take on responsibilities at one of the sites: Department Manager or even Site Director, depending on your preferences and profile.

Additional Information

🕒 Work Schedule:  Full-time position in a hands-on and rewarding role. Days off might not be during the weekend 
📅 Start Date: As soon as possible
