Your missions
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
- Inspect rooms, rentals, and common areas
- Organize schedules and assign tasks according to occupancy levels and operational needs.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, oversee bedding deliveries, and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
- Train, support, and motivate team members, fostering a positive team spirit and strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
Your profile
- Experienced in housekeeping, ideally with prior supervisory or team-leading responsibilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Responsive and solution-oriented, capable of managing priorities and adapting to operational needs.
- Friendly and service-minded, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in the great outdoors.
Your future at Huttopia
Huttopia values the growth of its employees! After one season, you may take on responsibilities at one of the sites: Department Manager or even Site Director, depending on your preferences and profile.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Full-time position in a dynamic and hands-on environment.
Start Date: Early May.
Onsite Lodging: Possible and free.
