Your missions

As the Marketing Coordinator – Brand and Content, you will play a key role in developing our brand image in the United States and Canada by building an impactful, differentiated content ecosystem and strategy, strengthening our social media presence, and supporting our public relations and partnership efforts.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

✍️ Content Creation (primarily in English):
  • Contribute to building a new content strategy for the brand in the U.S. and Canada, following the revamp of brand positioning and identity. 
  • Develop diverse content materials, from print materials (brochures, on-site signage) to infographics and blog articles – in partnership with internal graphic designers and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Revamp our online platform content while optimizing it for SEO to improve online visibility.

📱 Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute the social media content strategy in line with brand objectives.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and optimize post reach to maximize engagement and reach.

🌐 Support in Public Relations, Influence, and Partnerships:
  • Collaborate operationally with public relations agencies to enhance brand visibility, providing them with relevant content and angles based on the animation calendar and key events (such as new site launches).
  • Coordinate the influence strategy: assist in identifying relevant influencers to authentically promote the brand, and work with agencies and our sites to plan and follow up on influencer stays.
  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy to increase brand awareness and credibility.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Native English speaker with proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Advanced skills in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in graphic tools like InDesign, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills with the ability to create impactful, innovative narratives and adapt them across various communication channels.
  • Strong sense of brand strategy.
  • Aesthetic sense in graphics and imagery with a creative approach while respecting brand identity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a team and with numerous internal and external partners.

Your future at Huttopia

Huttopia values the growth of its employees! After one season, you may take on responsibilities at one of the sites: Department Manager or even Site Director, depending on your preferences and profile.
