Your missions

Within a small team you are the one handling contact requests in the German language: emails and phone calls about existing reservations, making new reservations by phone or giving information about the different campsites and which one suits the customer best.
We will make sure that you will learn everything there is to know about destinations, different types of campsites, accommodations and facilities on the Huttopia campsites.
So as a travel agent, you will often work independently but you will also work as part of a real team with your colleagues.
The atmosphere is informal and a sense of humor is appreciated, but of course we also work hard!
Furthermore, the daily tasks of our travel advisors consist of:

· Making quotations;

· Making changes to reservations;

· Handling cancellation requests;

· Actively selling extra services (sheet rental, cleaning of the accommodation, etc.);

· Advising customers about our beautiful campsites;

· Handling reservation requests by phone and email;

· Handling B2B reservations.

Your profile

In our new colleague we are looking for the following:

· Languages: excellent command of the German language (written and spoken), knowledge of Dutch and/or English is preferred;

· Experience: a first working-experience in customer contact;

· Professional: customer friendly and a pleasant telephone voice;

· Personal: stress resistant, flexible and a team player.

Also it’s no problem for you to work on Saturdays a few times a month.
Working hours vary between 8am and 6pm.

Additional Information

· Salary: based on experience and the Travel Industry Collective Agreement: €2.559,88 gross per month (on a fulltime basis);

· Contract: 9 months;

· Hours: 24-32 hours per week (Mon-Sat);

· Colleagues: a small but motivated team;

· Holidays: 24 vacation days based for fulltime and 8% vacation allowance;

· Location: a brand new office in the center of Utrecht, easily accessible by public transport, and with a roof terrace;

· Extras: commuting allowance, employee discount, team dinners/drinks;

· Travelling: participating in and organizing fairs for example (1-2x per year);
