Your missions
- Organize the accommodation department and manage your team
- Ensure customer satisfaction (monitoring reviews, maintaining consistency with the Huttopia experience)
- Develop the site's turnover and additional services
- Oversee reception and guest welcome
- Take part in cleaning and inspecting accommodations
- Set up the activity schedule and ensure tourist information is available
- Promote the local area by integrating into the community
As Deputy Campsite Manager, you lead a team but also get hands-on: you’re ready to step in and support your team at a moment’s notice!
Your profile
- Driven by customer relations, you have a natural sense of service.
- You trust your team and enjoy supporting and helping them grow.
- Organized, you know how to set priorities.
- A true all-rounder, you enjoy being hands-on, adapting to different tasks and unexpected situations.
- Passionate about the outdoors, you love living outside and sharing your passion with guests.
- Authentic, you know how to build warm relationships with guests and local partners.
- You have a driving license and you speak English fluently!
Your future at Huttopia
Huttopia values the growth of its employees! After one season, you may take on responsibilities at one of the sites: Department Manager or even Site Director, depending on your preferences and profile.
Additional Information
- Possibility of a permanent contract
- Monthly salary: €3,234.83 gross + bonuses
- Accommodation (possible for families), phone, and computer provided
