Your missions
Book and manage reservations using our internal software, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
Assist guests during check-in and check-out, welcoming them with a smile and making their stay memorable.
Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips and advice on activities to enjoy in the region, making their adventure unforgettable.
Communication with maintenance, restaurant, and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless operations.
Perform all other related tasks to support the team

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Work Schedule: Full-time position
