Your missions
As Marketing Manager for North America, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across two markets: the USA and Canada. Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, you will lead all marketing efforts in the region—including brand, digital, media, CRM, PR, and partnerships—and manage a dedicated team. You will also oversee the marketing budget and collaborate closely with site managers, sales, and operations to ensure a cohesive, high-impact strategy across Huttopia’s nine North American destinations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the 360° marketing strategy for North America (USA and Canada), at both strategic and operational levels.
- Lead and manage the North America marketing team (brand/content & social media coordinator, client marketing coordinator)
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, aligning initiatives with overall strategy.
- Oversee all areas of marketing: brand positioning, digital (website, CRM, paid media), public relations, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Partner with site managers to develop local marketing approaches tailored to each destination.
- Support the brand’s repositioning in North America through market insights and data-driven segmentation.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies and internal teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints—online and on-site.
- With two new destinations launching in 2025, develop and implement a loyalty strategy to foster client retention and brand ambassadorship.
Your profile
- 6–8 years of marketing experience across the full 360° marketing mix
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. consumer and marketing landscape; Canadian/Quebec experience a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Data-driven, performance-focused, and budget-conscious
- Hands-on, autonomous, and strategic thinker
- Strong alignment with Huttopia’s values of nature, sustainability, and outdoor hospitality
- French language skills are a plus, not required.
Additional Information
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid position based in the USA, ideally in the Northeast or California
- Approx. 20% travel required (to Montreal HQ and North American sites)
- Must have a professional remote setup and reliable internet connection.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship or relocation support)

Salary Range : $75k - $90k
